These fields should be filled in with the date and the initials of the person authorizing the drawing for release This block will be located in the upper right hand corner of the drawing and revisions will be located below it There is no revision for the initial release See example below

Actually it's not even displaying the rev number in my title block, here's a sample drawing Try adding a revision table , add a revision number and see that in the title block it doesn't display it

Heres the problem, when we do an NSR we want the last rev letter to show in the title block not NSR Some of our users simply delete the new letter in the rev block which seems to break the link to the title block

Issue: The title block is not filled in the title block until view 1 is deleted After deleting view 1, the part number and the description fill-in The view can be placed again but there is no way to get it to work without deleting it?

Normally we would set up it that the rev number is increased on transition from "Released" to "Work In Progress" After the transition you check out the file and the rev number will automatically refresh with "Update Properties", so job processor is not necessary

It seems like that will fix the drawing title block issue, so you don't have to manually edit fill-in a prompted entry anymore But now, you still want to be able to easily edit the model's Revision Number value from the drawing, without having to open the iProperties dialog, right?

To remove a title block, ensure it is not currently used in any drawing sheets Then, navigate to Drawing Resources in the browser, find Title Blocks, right-click the title block you want to delete, and select Delete
