Now, I wouldn't recommend having a centralized machine where people remote into ( Excluding Citrix environments ) because that could cause other issues which may violate the licensing agreement If this information was helpful, please consider using the Accept Solution

it seems to be updates trying to download I've tried turning off the the desktop access to stop this from happening in the background in my case the folder is 1 2GB in size we have to routinely scrub it off it does not seem to effect anything though just takes up space in our profile allocation on Citrix VDI desktops

Pleaes bear with the quality as I had to use Citrix receiver to access the uni workstation while at home As you can see, it has a completely different option compared to the screen shots from my personal workstation, allowing me to add any distance I want at each click or not changing the distance and it reverting back to the original distance

桌面虚拟化Citrix这块做的还是比较好的，另外您说的无法安装SW问题，我之前也遇到过，您在安装的时候直接跳过输入序列号那一步就可以直接跳过去安装，安装成功后再打开软件填序列号即可。
