But the Miller Multimatic 235 would seem to be a closer match (although not a perfect match) to the ESAB Rustler As far as the dust, I can't say which machine would be better, but my guess is they would both be equally affected by dust, being inverters I do like the fact that the Miller machine appears to be much more portable than the ESAB

I brought a 200 amp esab Mig of similar vintage over 10 years ago Seller proved it worked fine at his place I brought it home and set it up for solid gas wire as he had it setup for gas less I didn’t have power in my garage then so plugged it into extension chord Tried to weld and it was the coldest craziest weld ever Something was wrong

My Esab PCM-750 plasma had what appears to be a short or something and the brown insulator under the shield got hot enough to discolor and the next time I changed the tips components out, the insulator broke Now the torch won't cut or light up the pilot arc and from looking at Esab

Ok 1st things 1st, I'm building a trailer and many here already know about it I was having issues with wind blowing my gas away from solid core wire while welding on said trailer so it was suggested to get some 035 self shielded flux core wire to finish the welds Turned out I had a brand new roll of ESAB Coreshield 11 to try
