Have you recently pulled a copy of your report from Experian and are you calling them at the contact number listed on that report during their business hours? You can call in and try to just keep saying "representative" when Robolady keeps asking you why you need to speak to one

(done research still dead end) One thing to consider: even if a bank only HPs EX, there's nothing stopping them from also SPing EQ or TU at the time of application, or a few days weeks after the fact You wouldn't even know it unless you pull your full report from annualcreditreport com after the fact
