I get fake emails all the time for Fedex, USPS, UPS, Freight delivery etc You can take the tracking no and call FedEx toll free but get that from the internet not the email to make sure

For anyone else coming across this post, I just got off of the phone with the FedEx Developer Support team; the Track API in the sandbox is known to be broken and they aren't going to fix it, however the production Track API is working
