So, if you application or shopping cart is asking you for your PayPal Manager credentials; Partner, Merchant ID (vendor), User and Password and you don't have a PayPal Payments Pro account, you'll need to reach out to Sales at PayPal and ask them to either convert your account or help you setup the right type of account I hope this helps
