Here's the deal: I've left my laptop (ASUS Vivobook K3405VA 16GB) on sleep for 20 minutes or so to use my phone, I come back and my mouse (Logitech M650 L) isn't working, so I plug it out and plug it in, still not working and then I log in and try using my taskbar, it's frozen
