Skiplagged is legit, the reason why you get a lot lower fare fees via this site is because they find connecting routes where you can skip the last leg of the flight For example if I were to go to Philippines, the site would find a flight to Australia which includes a stopover at Philippines, which might be cheaper as the route is not desirable
