Additionally, MAKE SURE TO REINSTALL ANYDESK AFTER FIXING THIS IF YOU INSTALLED IT WHILE THEY WERE NOT CORRECT SYNCED If you installed while they were incorrect out of sync it will not resolve the issue until you reinstall EDIT: 12 5 23 - You may have to also delete the Any Desk folder in Program Data Program Files manually as well

EDIT: I uninstalled anydesk from both PCs Then tried reinstalling on the new PC It would not let me reuse the old alias, which means it NEVER returns to the namespace, even after a clean uninstall And copying the config files over the new installation also doesn't work So there is NO WAY to transfer an alias to a new PC that I know of

Just have the same issue, and found out that the Ctrl+Alt + Del was disable in Anydesk>Settings>Security>Permission Profile After check the box, disconnect and reconnect and now this option is enabled

So this is a relatively recent thing nothing was changed that I know in any of my anydesk settings when it started It seems that if you have a win 10 remote machine with the screen locked, that you can't access the desk with anydesk running on your local one
