the four foundation is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1996 by the tarallo family after they found out chris, 14, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. after successful surgery, radiation & chemotherapy treatments, the family felt they had a mission to help researchers at the new york presbyterian medical center develop new and successful treatments for children and their families that were dealing with the same medical conditions.
