fort meigs is a nationally accredited museum located in perrysburg, ohio that features a reconstructed war of 1812 fort that is the largest in the country! fort meigs also has a visitor center with a 3,000 square foot museum exhibit displaying orignal artifacts from the site and an awesome gift shop for the local and military history enthusiast. a number of special events and reenactments take place throughout the summer and the site offers private guided tours to schools and groups of all ages.
