PBS Masterpiece streaming service has more than Passport Example: Passport only has season 1 of Professor T, but Masterpiece has all 3 seasons I have Passport and I hesitate to pay for another streaming service, especially one that is heavily duplicated by Passport, Prime, and even Netflix I may just do the 7-day trial and binge this one show

As others mentioned, Prime has a deal with PBS So, you get a lot of PBS content To me, Acorn is a better dollar value Since Britbox is owned by the BBC and ITV, they will continue to gain strength as they claw back more content, but I would go Acorn now and Britbox maybe next year in 2020 It's a little bit like HBO Now

There are a lot of good documentaries on there as well, I like the Lucy Worsely and Ken Burnes projects Plus classic pbs shows like antique roadshow and usually local shows too I watch through the Roku and the app is really easy to use PBS and masterpiece dvds can be pricey so I like that there is now a streaming option I def recommend!

I just got PBS passport plus a few days ago, excited to be able to watch a vast variety of movies series besides the PBS Masterpiece collection Unfortunately, most of these other shows are in their country’s original language with English subtitles For me, it was a bit of a disappointment as I had no clue that this was the case

Not sure if it’s on PBS Passport anymore but you can find on YouTube DailyMotion I think Foyle’s War is another Horowitz show, more understated than other Masterpiece Mysteries He’s a detective in England in the lead up to, during, and after WW2 His driver sidekick is possibly my favorite character in all of PBS
